2018 Santa Fe Mammouth Club Trip
September 24-26, you and a spouse or guest are invited to join SOPREMA and our Mammouth Club members for an advisory board trip to Santa Fe, New Mexico. In this document, you will find a trip overview including dinner details and activities that will be offered during the trip. Please review the information related to booking your flight, activity selection and spa appointment reservations as this should all be addressed prior to arriving at the Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado.
This trip overview will allow you to plan out any activities that you may want to do off-site and know when and where each event will take place. You will receive a personal comprehensive itinerary prior to the trip that details your transportation, flights and activity selection.
SOPREMA has organized multiple activities for your entertainment. The specified activities are covered in full by SOPREMA. The activities offered are listed below with detailed descriptions of each. Spa appointments are available to all guests, but appointments are required and should be scheduled prior to arrival.
Although we encourage you to take this opportunity to explore Santa Fe with us, all activities are optional. So, if you would rather spend a day at the resort relaxing by the pool, you are welcome to choose not to sign-up for an activity.
Please book flights with Mary Ellen Ferry no later than July 23, 2017. She can be contacted at 440-564-9412 or by email at Maryellen@letsgotvl.com.
