M-1® Universal Adhesive & Sealant
M-1 by Chem Link is a moisture cure, multi-purpose structural adhesive/sealant designed for bonding and sealing a wide range of construction materials. M-1 forms a tough, elastic & waterproof seal to most roofing materials, masonry, wood, glass, aluminum and foam. M-1 bonds well to most building surfaces including metal flashing, copings, skylights, and HVAC surfaces and makes for an excellent construction adhesive sealant for multiple applications.
BuildSecure Multi-Purpose Construction Adhesive
BuildSecure is a fast setting, non-burning structural adhesive designed for various “panel on frame” assemblies in commercial and residential construction and is one of the most popular, best construction adhesives that Chem Link manufactures. BuildSecure is specially designed for bonding most construction materials including wood studs, galvanized steel framing, aluminum framing, rafters, subfloors, drywall, gypsum, stone, fiberglass, FRP panels, expanded polystyrene (EPS), and polyurethane foam. BuildSecure is a solvent free, non-flammable, moisture curing adhesive. It complies with all OSHA, State, Local and Federal air quality regulations.
DuraLink® 35 Multi-Purpose Sealant
DuraLink 35 is a multi-purpose, moisture cure, elastomeric sealant that combines economy and high performance for uses from window sealant to sealing joints in door frames, parapets, and block & masonry. DuraLink 35 has excellent elastomeric properties which is ideal for a wide range of applications including difficult surfaces such as Kynar 500® PVDF and other anodized metals and coatings. DuraLink 35 is isocyanate free, paintable and SWRI validated for ± 35% joint movement.
Clear by Chem Link is a general purpose, high performance, moisture cure sealant that can be used to seal a wide range of construction materials. Clear forms a transparent, elastic, waterproof seal to most metal, anodized aluminum, glass, vinyl, wood, masonry, polystyrene and many engineered plastics. Clear bonds to most siding, window, metal flashing, and HVAC and can serve as a clear roof sealant as well.
DuraSil® High Performance Silicone Sealant
DuraSil is a neutral cure (RTV) silicone, adhesive sealant, designed for application on dissimilar materials such as glass, aluminum, steel, copper, masonry and many engineering plastics such as polycarbonate, vinyl (PVC), fiberglass (FRP), asphalt shingles, tile, and acrylic. DuraSil is also well suited for difficult to bond surfaces such as Kynar 500® PVDF and Tedlar® PVF.
