Swing B Shift: Shift works three 12 hour shifts (Saturday, Sunday, Monday 7am to 7pm) but is paid for 40 hours

Batch Tender – 2nd shift, 3rd shift, Swing B Shift

Summary: The Batch Tender will produce sealants, adhesives, and coatings through batch instructions and formulas.


    • Responsible for mixing batches of sealant/Caulks and adhesives
    • Ensures clean work environment including sweeping, cleaning and work-off.
    • Provides back-up assistance to packagers. A demonstrated ability to read and follow formulas and instructions.
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
    • The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
    • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to ten pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than one hundred pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.


Packager – 2nd shift, 3rd shift, Swing B Shift 

Summary: The Packager is responsible for packing products and batches.


    • Packages batches following guidelines and work instructions.
    • Set up boxes, FP’s, tubes, or other items for packaging.
    • Responsible for matching packaging tickets with dates codes, FP’s, and appropriate labels.
    • Ensures clean work environment including sweeping, cleaning, and work-off. Cleans parts on machine clean-downs.
    • Provides back-up assistance to other production positions as needed.
    • Complies with all safety, health, and regulatory compliance laws and policies.
