NovaLink 35 is a multi-purpose, moisture cure, construction sealant specially formulated for application in damp, dry and cold conditions. NovaLink 35 is UV resistant and will not suntan. NovaLink 35 is designed for use with many building materials including concrete, glass, metal and most roofing materials. NovaLink 35 seals expansion joints, flashings, windows, doors, and roofing joints. NovaLink 35 is isocyanate free, paintable and SWRI validated for ± 35% joint movement.
NovaLink TX is a gun grade polyether, moisture cure, texturized elastomeric sealant, formulated for use on expansion joints where a textured appearance is required. NovaLink TX has excellent adhesion to most construction materials including cementitious siding, concrete, glass, roofing, metal and Kynar 500® PVDF-coated metals. NovaLink TX is isocyanate free, paintable and validated for ± 35% joint movement.
NovaLink® SL Self-Leveling Sealant
NovaLink SL is a self-leveling, moisture cure, construction sealant specially formulated for application in damp or dry horizontal concrete expansion joints. NovaLink SL levels to a smooth level finish and bonds well to masonry, wood, aluminum, steel, slate, natural stone, clay tile, asphalt, and most other construction materials. NovaLink SL will not outgas or bubble when applied to damp concrete. NovaLink SL is isocyanate free, paintable and validated for ± 25% joint movement.
NovaLink™ FP is a high quality, moisture curing elastomeric waterproofing and sealant designed to fill, seal and level grout lines, voids, seams and surface damage on construction materials prior to application of liquid waterproofing. NovaLink FP may also be used for repairing roof leaks, asphalt shingles, roof valleys and seams, chimney flashings, and emergency roof repairs.

NovaLink SL Pool Deck Sealant is a self-leveling, moisture cure, construction sealant specially formulated for application in damp or dry horizontal concrete expansion joints. NovaLink™ WM is a cold applied, single component, waterproofing membrane that cures by exposure to atmospheric and substrate moisture to form a continuous, tough, reinforced elastic seal. NovaLink WM is solvent free and compliant with all known environmental and OSHA requirements. It can be used in confined spaces with standard personal protection equipment. NovaLink WM cures to an elastomeric rubber that is resistant to thermal shock. It will not crack in extreme cold or slump due to softening and high temperatures like conventional asphalt or coal tar based coatings often will.
M-1® Universal Adhesive & Sealant
M-1 by Chem Link is a moisture cure, multi-purpose structural adhesive/sealant designed for bonding and sealing a wide range of construction materials. M-1 forms a tough, elastic & waterproof seal to most roofing materials, masonry, wood, glass, aluminum and foam. M-1 bonds well to most building surfaces including metal flashing, copings, skylights, and HVAC surfaces and makes for an excellent construction adhesive sealant for multiple applications.
Chem Link HBR®-Rod is a round, flexible, continuous lengths of extruded, closed-cell polyethylene foam backer rod for use as a backing material for elastomeric and other cold applied sealants. TYPE: C - Per ASTM C 1330. Cylindrical, flexible sealant backings composed predominantly of closed cell material per ASTM C 1330 for use with cold applied sealants. TYPE: 3 -Per ASTM D 5249. Round rods of various diameters for use with cold applied joint sealants. TEMPERATURE LIMITS: -45˚F to +160˚F.
Chem Link SOF®-Rod is a cylindrical, flexible foam rod for use as a sealant backing. SOF®-Rod is composed of a bi-cellular material. SOF®-Rod may also be used as a gasket or sealing material as per ASTM C 717. TYPE: B - Per ASTM C 1330. Cylindrical, flexible sealant backings composed of bi-cellular material. Also reference ASTM C 717 for use as gasket or sealing material. TYPE: 3 - Per ASTM D 5249. Round rods of various diameters for use with non-sag and self leveling cold applied sealants. TEMPERATURE LIMITS: -45˚F to +160˚F.
WallSecure High Performance Wall & Block Adhesive
WallSecure is a high solids, solvent free, fast setting, moisture cure adhesive. Specially designed for bonding drywall, gypsum, landscape blocks, capstones, stone, foam, fiberglass, FRP panels, and ceiling systems. WallSecure is ideal for filling gaps or forming bonds on irregular surfaces without shrinking and also works well as a wall tile adhesive.
