DuraGlaze Plus/ DuraGlaze Tint Base is a premium grade, extremely elastic, high-performance, moisture-cure sealant designed for use in fenestrations, perimeter sealing (windows, doors and panels), metal architecture, curtain wall construction and joints subject to movement. With an extended “tack-free” time in elevated temperatures, DuraGlaze Plus is an ideal product for any project. DuraGlaze Plus adheres to “difficult to bond surfaces” and is suitable for use on anodized metal and coatings such as Kynar 500® PVDF. DuraGlaze Plus has a unique polyether chemistry which eliminates any possibility of out-gassing and protects against “sun tanning” or discoloration when exposed to ultraviolet light.
DuraLink® 35 Multi-Purpose Sealant
DuraLink 35 is a multi-purpose, moisture cure, elastomeric sealant that combines economy and high performance for uses from window sealant to sealing joints in door frames, parapets, and block & masonry. DuraLink 35 has excellent elastomeric properties which is ideal for a wide range of applications including difficult surfaces such as Kynar 500® PVDF and other anodized metals and coatings. DuraLink 35 is isocyanate free, paintable and SWRI validated for ± 35% joint movement.
DuraLink® 50 Super Adhesion Sealant
DuraLink 50 is an extremely elastic, moisture cure, elastomeric sealant designed for use in roofing, cementitious siding, metal architecture, curtain wall construction and joints subject to movement. DuraLink 50 has excellent elastomeric properties which is ideal for a wide range of applications including difficult surfaces such as Kynar 500® PVDF, other anodized metals and coatings, and can be used as a vinyl siding sealant as well. DuraLink 50 is isocyanate free, paintable and SWRI validated for ± 50% joint movement.
Chem Link HBR®-Rod is a round, flexible, continuous lengths of extruded, closed-cell polyethylene foam backer rod for use as a backing material for elastomeric and other cold applied sealants. TYPE: C - Per ASTM C 1330. Cylindrical, flexible sealant backings composed predominantly of closed cell material per ASTM C 1330 for use with cold applied sealants. TYPE: 3 -Per ASTM D 5249. Round rods of various diameters for use with cold applied joint sealants. TEMPERATURE LIMITS: -45˚F to +160˚F.
Chem Link SOF®-Rod is a cylindrical, flexible foam rod for use as a sealant backing. SOF®-Rod is composed of a bi-cellular material. SOF®-Rod may also be used as a gasket or sealing material as per ASTM C 717. TYPE: B - Per ASTM C 1330. Cylindrical, flexible sealant backings composed of bi-cellular material. Also reference ASTM C 717 for use as gasket or sealing material. TYPE: 3 - Per ASTM D 5249. Round rods of various diameters for use with non-sag and self leveling cold applied sealants. TEMPERATURE LIMITS: -45˚F to +160˚F.
