M-1® Universal Adhesive & Sealant
M-1 by Chem Link is a moisture cure, multi-purpose structural adhesive/sealant designed for bonding and sealing a wide range of construction materials. M-1 forms a tough, elastic & waterproof seal to most roofing materials, masonry, wood, glass, aluminum and foam. M-1 bonds well to most building surfaces including metal flashing, copings, skylights, and HVAC surfaces and makes for an excellent construction adhesive sealant for multiple applications.
E-Curb™ Penetration Seal Components
E-Curb precast form components are composed of light weight nylon resin. The E-Curb is 2-inches high and is available in a variety of shapes and sizes. Standard sizes include bisected circular pieces with inside diameters of 3, 4, 5, 6 or 9 inches; corner pieces with a 2-inch radius; straight pieces in 3-inch or 8-inch lengths; and a 4.5” x 3.4” rectangle. The outer surface is impervious to ice, corrosion, UV (ultraviolet) light and ponding water.

E-Curb penetration seals replace old-style metal pitch pans with versatile, precast components and 1-Part polyether pourable sealants. CHEM LINK’s E-Curb System can usually be installed in under 15 minutes and never requires flashing or mechanical attachment – a vast improvement over traditional pitch pans! E-Curbs are designed for use on granulated modified bitumen, asphalt and coal tar B.U.R. (built up roofing). E-Curbs are specified for PVC, EPDM, PIB, and TPO single ply roofing membranes. E-Curbs are highly versatile for sealing penetrations around solar panel mounts, HVAC, Electrical, and any type of structural supports. 1-PART POURABLE PENETRATION SEALANT
1-Part is a moisture curing, pourable sealant designed for use in pitch pans and warranted ChemCurb/E-Curb penetration seals. 1-Part is suitable for application in damp, dry, or cold climates. 1-Part is solvent free, contains no isocyanates and will not shrink upon curing. 1-Part has resilient “elastomeric” properties and excellent adhesion to most construction materials.
DuraLink® 35 Multi-Purpose Sealant
DuraLink 35 is a multi-purpose, moisture cure, elastomeric sealant that combines economy and high performance for uses from window sealant to sealing joints in door frames, parapets, and block & masonry. DuraLink 35 has excellent elastomeric properties which is ideal for a wide range of applications including difficult surfaces such as Kynar 500® PVDF and other anodized metals and coatings. DuraLink 35 is isocyanate free, paintable and SWRI validated for ± 35% joint movement.
ChemCurb® 1-Part Penetration Seal System
The ChemCurb System replaces the old style metal pitch pans with versatile precast curb components, 1-Part polyether pourable sealant, and structural adhesive/sealant. The system can usually be installed in under 15 minutes and eliminates the need for flashing or mechanical attachment. The ChemCurb System is designed for use on granulated modified bitumen, PVC, EPDM, PIB, TPO single ply, asphalt, and coal tar B.U.R. Please note TPO Primer must be used on TPO single-ply roof substrates. When installed properly, the ChemCurb System forms a durable waterproof rubber seal around penetrations of any size.

DoubleStick is an advanced MicroSealant™ tape with a removable siliconized release liner on each side. Designed to bond two surfaces, even two surfaces made of two or more dissimilar materials. DoubleStick creates a tight, permanent, waterproof seal. DoubleStick remains flexible to temperatures as low as -70° F making it virtually impossible to thermally shock the seal causing a leak. DoubleStick bonds to a wide range of surfaces including EPDM, TPO, aged PVC, SBS, APP modifieds, asphalt BURs, coal tar BURs, tiles, shingle, coated and non-coated aluminum and metal roofs, galvanized steel, gypsum board, wood, polyethylene, propylene, polystyrene, fiberglass, brick, concrete, masonry, OSB board, shielding membranes, etc.
DuraLink® 50 Super Adhesion Sealant
DuraLink 50 is an extremely elastic, moisture cure, elastomeric sealant designed for use in roofing, cementitious siding, metal architecture, curtain wall construction and joints subject to movement. DuraLink 50 has excellent elastomeric properties which is ideal for a wide range of applications including difficult surfaces such as Kynar 500® PVDF, other anodized metals and coatings, and can be used as a vinyl siding sealant as well. DuraLink 50 is isocyanate free, paintable and SWRI validated for ± 50% joint movement.
DuraSil® SL Self-Leveling Sealant
DuraSil SL is an oxime (neutral) cure silicone sealant designed for use in pitch pans and warranted E-Curb penetration seals. DuraSil SL is suitable for hot pipe applications up to 400°F (204°C). DuraSil SL’s low durometer and resilient “elastomeric” properties accommodate greater movement in penetration seals. DuraSil SL is solvent free, contains no isocyanates and will not shrink upon curing.
FlashPack Liquid Flashing is designed to waterproof around odd shaped roof penetrations in difficult flashing conditions. FlashPacks components are moisture curing which will not out-gas or bubble on damp surfaces as urethane sealants do. FlashPack is suitable for many construction site conditions dealing with wet or dry climates and low temperatures down to (32°F/ 0°C). FlashPack is solvent free and will not shrink upon curing. FlashPack is compatible with many substrates including concrete, masonry, wood and granule surfaced BUR and SBS cap sheets. A granulated target should be applied first before using FlashPack on smooth APP. FlashPack is compatible with most metals excluding Kynar and copper.
Hot Pipe E-Curb™ Penetration Seal System
Hot Pipe E-Curb penetration seals replace old-style metal pitch pan roof installations with versatile, precast components and RTV silicone pourable sealants for installations requiring a service temperature between -80°F to 400°F (-62°C to 204°C). CHEM LINK’s Hot Pipe E-Curb System can usually be installed in under 15 minutes and never requires flashing or mechanical attachment. E-Curbs are designed for use on granulated modified bitumen, asphalt and coal tar B.U.R. (built up roofing). E-Curbs are specified for PVC, EPDM, PIB, and TPO single-ply roofing membranes. A solvent based liquid primer that is designed to comply with VOC regulations. It can be brush applied to EPDM or TPO roofing membranes, plastics, and any other difficult bonding surface.
Metal Roof E-Curb™ Penetration Seal System
Metal Roof E-Curb penetration seals replace old-style rubber boots with versatile, precast components and non-sag 1-Part polyether sealants for installations on a sloped substrate. Chem Link’s Metal Roof E-Curb System can usually be installed in under 15 minutes and never requires flashing or mechanical attachment. E-Curbs are designed for use on metal roofing systems that require adhesion to Kynar 500® PVDF coated metals. MetaLink High Performance Metal Roof Sealant
MetaLink is a multi-purpose neutral cure, silicone construction and roof sealant specially formulated for application in a variety of job site conditions. MetaLink is UV resistant. MetaLink is designed for use with many building materials including galvanized aluminum, metal, Kynar 500 PVDF coated metal, glass, and most roofing materials. MetaLink is available in a wide range of colors to match contemporary tastes in decorative metal roof and siding products See below for color options for this metal roof sealant. MetaLink is isocyanate free and validated for ± 50% joint movement.
Pro Pack® Urethane Pourable Sealant
Pro Pack is a two-component, RTV, urethane pourable sealant. It is designed for use to fill warranted ChemCurb penetration seals & pitch pans on low-slope roofing systems. It can also be used in horizontal self-leveling, sealing and waterproofing applications. When properly mixed, Pro Pack cures to a tough rubber mass with excellent low temperature elasticity and adhesion. Pro Pack resists deterioration caused by weather, water and ice. It is also resistant to oils, fuels, and many chemicals. Pro Pack is 100% solid rubber. Pro Pack has no solvents, very low volatile organic content (V.O.C) and will not shrink after application. Pro Pack has excellent adhesion to most construction materials.

SnowShoes – Snow Retention System
SnowShoes are molded from a tough polycarbonate polymer that can withstand heavy impacts at low temperatures. Effective on all metals, including Kynar 500® PVDF coated metal and copper. Also for use on slate, tile, EPDM rubber and PVC and TPO membranes. TPO primer is required with TPO membrane installation. SnowShoes are designed with a unique “stealth” profile to be strong and inconspicuous. They are molded with a translucent matt finish that picks up the background color of roofing materials without reflecting sunlight. Paintable if strict color matching is required. Installation is easy with translucent DuraSil™ adhesive provided in every kit. No screws or mechanical fasteners are ever required. DuraSil bonds aggressively to all roofing materials, including Kynar finishes. It bridges irregularities and will never shrink.
